Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours’ notice and No-Call/No-Shows will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service price. Clients are considered a no-call/no-show 15 minutes after their appointment start time. Future bookings cannot be made until cancellation fees are paid.
